If we aspire to a neutral state and maintain stillness, when we come to move we initiate the movement with an absorb or yin energy.
While we stand we aim to drop the muscular tension and activate our fascial system, this is a yin body state. A yin body state can be manifest in any body position and is characterized by a calm relaxed engaged structure.
