Join me for a transformative afternoon workshop where you will learn to cultivate a "Yin body state" and explore the profound connection between breath, proprioception, and interoception. At the heart of this experience, you’ll discover the fundamental concepts of activating and organizing the foot-to-core, hand-to-core, and whole-body biotensegric model. This integrated approach fosters a kinesthetic and felt internal reference for movement, allowing you to engage your entire kinetic chain in a relaxed and dynamic way.

Through a carefully curated blend of practices, this workshop will empower you to harmonize your body and mind for long-term physical and mental well-being. Together, we nurture a sense of harmony between body and mind, fostering a “yin body state” of ease and resilience.

What You’ll Experience:

  • Ground and Center Yourself: Discover how to use your breath to regulate your nervous system, fostering calmness and clarity.
  • Holistic Movement Practices: Try Slow Yoga, a gentle and mindful practice that helps you connect with your body through the first principles of somatic movement. Learn to integrate your fascial system as a whole, improving balance, mobility, and overall well-being.
  • Or explore Circlewalking, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong, time-honored practices that cultivate a relaxed, dynamic stability. By activating and organizing the body's connective tissues, these movements promote long-term physical and mental health.
  • Empowerment Through Awareness: Dive into the first principles of somatic practice, focusing on integrating your fascial system into a unified structure and understanding how tension is distributed throughout your body.
